Frequent questions: What is your return policy? We accept returns on unused merchandise in full units. That is, if you bought the item in a unit of 4 dozen, you would need to return 4 dozen. All returns must be received within 30 days of our shipping date. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that a few items are not returnable -- hats, candy, and masks. Do you have a phone number where I can reach you? Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. Please allow 10 days for Fedex Home Delivery to the East coast, 4 days in the West. If you need faster delivery, please select an expedited service such as Fedex Express Saver(3 days), Fedex 2nd Day (2 days), Fedex Standard or Priority Overnight (1 day), or USPS Priority Mail (3 days). If you have questions on shipping, please email before ordering. Can I pay by check or money order? Yes. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, submit your order through our system, indicating that you are paying by check or money order. Your order will be put on hold until your payment arrives.
